What happens if my site goes down on a weekend?
We monitor 24/7, including weekends and holidays. With Premium we respond within 4 hours, with Standard within 24 hours.
Can I still manage my own site after signing up?
Absolutely. WordPress access remains yours. We work in the background, you can add content, edit text, whatever you need.
What does 'included edits' mean?
Minor content changes, text, images or settings, without extra charges. Standard includes 2h/month, Premium 5h/month. Beyond that, the hourly rate is 60 EUR.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are possible at the end of the contract period.
What happens to my data if we stop working together?
All backups belong to you. At the end of our collaboration we deliver a full backup of your site and database.
