FIX

A bounded intervention.

There is an identifiable constraint and the rest of the system can stay.

What you receive: Constraint review, the agreed intervention, testing and a summary of changes and remaining actions.
How we evaluate: Compare behaviour before and after against the agreed criterion, without automatically promising revenue growth.
Not automatically included: A full website rebuild, ongoing operations or unlimited scope expansion.
What we prepare together: Required access, examples of the issue, an owner and approval for the intervention.
Timing and investment: Estimated after reviewing the cause and dependencies. Tools and media spend are separate from the intervention.

REBUILD

The constraint is structural: website, funnel or process. Local fixes are insufficient.

What you receive: Structure and implementation plan, staged deliverables, testing and handover for the agreed area.
How we evaluate: Validate acceptance criteria and user journeys; evaluate business outcomes later using actual data.
Not automatically included: Every migration or integration, or ongoing maintenance, unless listed in the proposal.
What we prepare together: Objectives, available content and data, a decision-maker, reviewers and dependencies.
Timing and investment: Estimated by stage, complexity, integrations and team responsibilities. Scope changes are discussed separately.

RUN

You need ongoing operations and improvement, not a one-off delivery.

What you receive: Priorities, agreed execution, a change record, reporting and next decisions.
How we evaluate: Track agreed indicators and, where data is available, what follows an enquiry: qualification, sale and payment.
Not automatically included: Unlimited availability, every channel or new projects of any size.
What we prepare together: A business owner, data access and clear approval and collaboration processes.
Timing and investment: Define capacity, activities and cadence. Fees, tools, additional implementation and media spend are separate.
